Attire is California Formal.  Both events are outside and on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. Remember to bring a jacket, it gets cold at night out in the desert!

In case you are still wondering what on earth California Formal means...

Gents: A suit and formal shoes, most will wear ties. If you're feeling fancy and want to wear a tux, by all means go for it!

Ladies: A colorful, but on the fancier side dress - floral, print and brightly colored dresses will be common.  Any length is acceptable, but floor length is more formal (and will help keep you warm!)

Remember, this is Palm Springs - it's a vibe!

Transportation

Shuttle service will be provided from the Sands Hotel and the Renaissance Esmeralda for those staying on site.  Otherwise, we recommend using Uber and Lyft to get to and from the venue.

Notes

Please, no children under the age of 12.  If you are in need of babysitting services, please let us know and we would be happy to provide you with some recommendations.

What are your COVID-19 safety precautions?

We kindly request that all guests are vaccinated and email their vaccination card to schotzofbullitt2022@gmail.com.

Testing
We kindly request that all guests submit a negative COVID test prior to your first event with us. We have a strong preference for PCR tests taken no more than two days prior, but if you are unable to do so, we will accept a rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of the first event. This means if you are arriving for our Welcome Drinks on Friday, take your PCR test Wednesday or later. As testing has been challenging, we recommend booking a test as soon as possible.

Here are some testing sites in Los Angeles and Palm Springs:
Los Angeles: 911covidtesting.com/

Palm Springs:
Coronavirus: Where to get tested | City of Palm Springs
**we suggest the airport location or one in Indian Wells**

Vaccine Requirement
As noted on our invitation and above, vaccination is mandatory. If you have not already, please email your proof of vaccine no later than February 1.

Masks
California has an indoor mask mandate. While all but the afterparty is held outside, we will be providing masks should you need one. We sacrificed fashion for function and will have K94 masks available should you need one.

Feeling Sick?
We believe this goes without saying but, if you do not feel well or were exposed to COVID-19, we would rather have you cancel last minute than attend.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email schotzofbullitt2022@gmail.com.
